From 20 July 2020, Govt. regulations stipulate that medicare rebates for telehealth are only available to patients that have been seen in person at our practice at least once in the preceding 12 months (exemption for babies under 12 months).

For your convenience, Telehealth appointments remain available for all RTH patients for a fee but rebates are limited to those patients who fit the above criteria.
