At Rozelle Total Health, we remain committed to providing consistent, high-quality care for our patients and community. To ensure we can continue delivering this standard of care in a sustainable way, our consultation fees will be updated from 16 March 2026.

Over the past year, the costs associated with running a medical practice- including staffing, rent, utilities, medical supplies, and compliance requirements- have continued to increase with inflation and in response to other market forces. While Medicare rebates have not kept pace with these rising costs, we are committed to maintaining the level of care and continuity our patients expect.

Saturday fees reflect a 15% surcharge.

Managing Your Healthcare Costs

We understand that healthcare expenses are important to plan for. To help reduce out-of-pocket costs, we encourage patients to consider:

• Registering for the Medicare Safety Net, which increases rebates once the annual threshold is reached.
• Discussing a GP Management Plan if you have a chronic condition.
• Booking the appropriate appointment length to address concerns thoroughly in one visit where possible.
• Maintaining continuity of care with one practice to avoid duplication of tests and consultations.
