Mental Health and ADHD

Sometimes the hardest part is simply reaching out… Mental health concerns are common, and support can make a real difference. We provide compassionate, confidential care for people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, sleep difficulties, and other emotional challenges.

Our doctors take the time to listen and work with you to develop a personalised care plan. This may include lifestyle strategies, counselling support, psychological therapies, medication where appropriate, and the preparation of Mental Health Treatment Plans with referrals to trusted psychologists and psychiatrists.

We also offer ADHD screening and ongoing support for both children and adults. Where ADHD is suspected, we work closely with paediatricians and psychiatrists for formal diagnosis and comprehensive assessment. Some of our GPs are credentialed as continuation prescribers once a diagnosis has been established and prescription has been initiated. While it is now within scope for GPs to initiate stimulant therapy in some settings. We believe a shared-care model with specialist involvement remains the gold standard of care in many cases.
