My name is Sharon Tera, and I am excited to be taking on the role of Assistant Practice Manager. I hold a Master of Health Science degree, major in Health Services Management, from Western Sydney University.
Having worked in the Medical Records department at Prince of Wales Private Hospital and in general practice, I have gained valuable experience across both hospital and primary care settings. These roles have provided me with a strong foundation in healthcare administration, patient services, and practice operations.
I am committed to fostering a welcoming, supportive, and positive environment for both patients and staff, with a strong focus on teamwork, organisation, and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, exploring new places, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
